The craziest part is that I called the airport on speaker WHILE I was on the phone with the Spirit rep and the airport confirmed they are open. He then doubled down saying it’s not a Spirit issue, it’s an airport issue.

@SpiritAirlines has the WORST service ever. They canceled my flight 3x, allowed me to rebook my flights without confirmation that they could fly and now are lying to me about the airport being closed. They still won’t let me speak to a manager/supervisor.
