@moboftwitsproof Your premise centered around states being immune to oversight/auditing based on previous obstruction, I asked for proof, and your example was a law passed to further prevent a previous act of election insecurity(a partisan sheriff seizing ballots).

@moboftwitsproof@_sn_n It’s not a strawman, a partisan sheriff literally seized ballots and the state took legal measures to prevent that from happening again. Those measures are in reaction and further prevention to such acts of election insecurity yet you hinge your premise on the reverse spin of it.
@moboftwitsproof@_sn_n You explained absurd scenarios and their mechanics that wouldn’t apply in practice. “Attempts in the past 10 years proved” does come with a burden of proof.
@moboftwitsproof@_sn_n Again your premise is built on the unproven zero accountability for states and unprecedented and rather absurd large scale, state complicit fraud which at the scale of millions would be overt and way, way easier to detect then prove in court.
@moboftwitsproof@_sn_n Does it? Your premise is built on state enacted mass fraud in the past ten years and states then not cooperating which the EC also can’t enforce.
@moboftwitsproof@_sn_n Which do you think is easier: targeting the few specific states/EC points you need to win with 10s of thousands of acts of fraud each or overcoming the overall vote margin you need by several million acts of fraud?
@antarestrader@CathyYoung63 Is a major red swing midterm really worthy of extrapolation? Republican voters passed that as shown by the county map, republicans won the popular vote in the gubernatorial, house, and assembly elections. And an incumbent dem senator barely survived her reelection.
@CliffYablo@adottodn@umichvoter You can’t gerrymander the senate and house projections are a tossup due to Republicans gerrymandering more than democrats. Dems were projected to win before that. CA is the only democrat controlled state that will have a new gerrymandered map and that was voted by the people.
@OPistolpete@Teku@usamattersmedia The NG is deployed by the Sec of Def for cases in DC. They tend to coordinate with DC Mayor. The Mayor requested and received 340 beforehand then said it was enough and to notify before deploying more. SoD deployed more when the mayor requested but took 2.5 hours to arrive.
@BoboLoveable Technically, the President doesn’t directly command them. It’s the responsibility of the Secretary of Defense who was Chris Miller at the time.
@Brace_Bit@will_m1399 The lie is “about 30 people live at this UPS store, this is an example of fraud” when the store is on the ground level of a multi-use building with apartments on the second floor. Apartments shown on his own sheet. Which location in CA did Shirley visit that was later charged?
@Brace_Bit@will_m1399 The same Nick Shirley that lied about apartments above a UPS store that he circled on his list and was dumb enough to show the lie to the camera?
@TxTee361@krassenstein This UPS store and the apartments above it are all listed as 4142 Adams Ave. Shirley is ignoring the apartment numbers(some are even circled) on his own sheet.
@leapdaywastaken@GeboMpls Your belief of the “proven” cause of death is as false as your belief in the medical examiner saying it. I watched the trial. They go over the factors. Dr Tobin explained how the weight on the chest prevented chest/lung expansion leading to less oxygen for a man with hypertension
