There are all sorts of marginalized groups, because of race, age, tradition, gender, and many other things, that regularly face injustice. You might think that that’s just the way things are and nothing can change that.
Pray for the hurting pastors, known and unknown, who have left a church they loved—and maybe still love.
Pray for the famous pastors suffering under the unbearable glare of the spotlight.
Pray for the unknown pastors feeling lost and forgotten.

Bad things happen and it is not about God punishing us or God making us suffer to teach us a lesson or God allowing suffering because we don’t have enough faith to enjoy a worry-free life.
Ancient canon law provided for the ordination of female deacons (diaconissa ordinationem suscepit). Later, Thomas Aquinas (c. AD 1274) reinterpreted this to mean only that a woman could participate in some activities of the deacon, such as "one who reads the homily in Church" (quae legit homiliam in Ecclesia). Maybe that's a nice conservative place to start: women, in a deacon-like way, reading an approved sermon in church!😀
