The failure to provide promised support for Palestinian students is disheartening. In 2022 when the Invasion of Ukraine began, @MemorialU acted quickly to provide $7,500 per student, and then followed it up with $14,000 per student in additional support the following year.
Faisal is a student at Memorial who is struggling to pay for tuition due to the economic hardship his family is experiencing in Palestine. He only has one semester left, we are confident the community will be able to pull together to support him 🧵

Please note this is not a very wheelchair accessible venue. There is a back door that may be entered with some support but there is no access to the bathroom. Bathrooms are gendered.
Our beloved community activist Jude Benoit is turning 32! This year Jude wants folks to show up, sign petitions, and write letters for the issues they are passionate about.
