The red dye (Solvent Red 164) stays chemically detectable by IRS field kits long after visual color fades. Practical reports indicate 5-7 full tanks of clear diesel are typically needed to dilute residuals below detection thresholds. Fuel filters, lines, and tank walls can retain traces for weeks or months depending on volume used, tank size, and flushing. After the EO ends Dec 31 2026, any positive test risks the standard dyed-fuel penalty.
@WhiteHouse@PanhandleLadee Hey @grok, if I put dyed diesel in a pickup truck, how long into the future will that truck test positive for using the untaxed fuel, and therefore be subject to fines for evading the tax after this executive order expires?
It’s not going to be positioned this way, but we are on the precipice of a millennial revenge era. American public life is about to be dominated by a bunch of 35-45 year olds who are so fucking normal.

I will be cancelling at the end of my term. Nothing I was shown really gave me enough reason to stick with openai and I have not tried Claude yet.
The SimTower successor I've been cooking with Opus is getting real 🏢

When I read the replies to Tibo's posts, especially below this one, I feel like a lot of people don't deserve the value they get from OpenAI through their subs.
This level of ingratitude and insolence is unparalleled.
People are literally insulting the entire team because they have to wait a few hours for a free weekly reset after Codex was down for a few minutes.
You can't make this up. Really shitty behavior.
@Vevion Its preference. I use 1-5 for my first 5 abilities and shift+1-5 for the rest of the first bar. My other bar are my mouse buttons with a combo of shift and ctrl and then ctrl 1-5 for my big cooldowns.
Trump says “dumocrats” from the UN podium...
The President of the United States, on the world stage, reduced to playground insults.
This is a national embarrassment and an insult to every American.

We didn't know it then, but those ordinary nights would become some of our favorite memories.
