I have done transaction on 21/01/2026 & 29/01/ 2026 on Amazon platform and I have Amazon icici card means 5 percent cashback and also in statement 5 percent cashback showing but I have not received any cashback and contact customer support but no response

I made a transaction on 12th September at a Reliance store for an iPhone 17 (256GB) It’s been 23 days, but I still haven’t received my refund.ICICI says they need a refund reference numberand Reliance says the complaint is already rsd

@AmazonHelp i ordered one phone on 9th of may and as per schedules it was to be delivered on 13th may but somehow it was not delivered and rescheduled for 19th of may but after 19th also it was not delivred . AT last i talked to executive for help and they told me to reordered ..
