@Nelnet @FAFSA If there’s an expectation to start repaying student loans after a 3 yr pause- there should be more available personnel to assist w/questions regarding loans. I’ve called Nelnet 4x this week and each time have been waiting 1.5+ hr on hold w/no answer.

Our #CohenHero Angelee was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease at just 3 years old. In October, Angelee received her #kidneytransplant. "Now that I have a new kidney it gives me hope and a new take on life. I can’t wait to see what adventure life has in store for me next." 💙🤩

@AJWPharm This situation has come up very frequently.. most recent patient had many GPDs post arrest but other situations have been patients with history of seizure disorders on complicated regimens/ withdrawal seizures from AWS. It kills me that meropenem seems to be their go-to

[Stephanie Katartzis, PharmD @SKatartzis]

When a patient with active seizures requires antibiotics & neuro drops the note listing all of the antibiotics they can’t use 🙈 #TwitteRx thoughts on which antibiotics are the most and least offenders? 💭
