There is something about standing in a spotlight that always reminds me of the responsibility that comes with having a platform.
The spotlight may be on one person, but the purpose has never been about the person standing in it.
It’s about the people in the room.
One of the things I enjoy most about consulting is helping practices look beyond the obvious.
It's easy to react to a number.
It's much more valuable to understand the story behind it.
This is why I love sharing this message with dental professionals.
Patient experience is not something that happens by accident.
It’s created in the small moments.
A practice can have the best systems, technology, and clinical skills, but the experience is what patients remember.
Every time I get the chance to speak about this, I’m reminded how important it is for us to keep looking beyond the numbers and focus on the people behind them.
As we close out the month of July, I’ve been reflecting on some of the conversations that continue to come up with dental leaders and teams.
I'm a firm believer in tracking the numbers.
A special thank you to Reach for bringing people together and for their commitment to helping practices build stronger, more supported teams.
Next stop… AADOM! I can’t wait to see everyone in Orlando!

One of my favorite moments from the Florida Dental Convention was spending time at the Reach booth connecting with so many incredible doctors and team members.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, ask questions, and share your experiences. Those conversations are what make events like this so meaningful.
