Regardless of shared nurses, that handful that are familiar with her care would notice if they weren't cleaning blood for 9 months anymore.

@tiredicunurse @Paige40329935 @mzibifaka Even if they weren't tracking her cycle, I'm sure it was irregular to SEE her period every month anyways when nurses cleaned her body, changed her scrubs and/or sheets, etc. They'd likely see it without looking directly for it.
