@bcunursingteam really looking forward to delivering the new @SkillsModule respiratory practical this morning - hopefully it will help the students apply their physiology knowledge ๐
Don't forget, as a new first year degree student you have ยฃ150 from BCU to help you with your course books and equipment.
Check your university email and log in at: https://t.co/He6tXFQJJ8
Also have infection control lecture with @penfoldevans93 where they will be thinking about the clinical relevance of the bacteria etc. learnt about last week
09/18 are learning all about respiratory and cardiovascular anatomy and physiology this week. Starting to get the underpinning knowledge for what will be crucial when they go out into practice.
All groups have now had their 1st physiology lectures - principles of homeostasis and the integumentary system - remember to use the resources on Moodle to support what we taught
Really looking forward to delivering this with @nursescott2 - we know our students value the experience and the knowledge it gives them - plus itโs quite good fun for us too ๐
This is a fab opportunity to learn some hands on anatomy and physiology - plus itโs a huge amount of fun - sign up when you get the chance - you wonโt regret it #youknowitmakessense
@KelvinMcMillan1@BCUNursingteam Really looking forward to setting 09/18 off on their journey developing the skills and knowledge to become safe and effective practitioners ๐
