Saw this and thought it is fitting as we honor those that stormed the beaches of Normandy to battle tyranny.

As we pay homage today to the men, women, country, and spirit of those that took the beaches of Normandy to end tyranny in Europe eighty years ago today, I am reinvigorated in my thinking that we as the descendants of many of the Greatest Generation must do our part today.

We owe it to those that we honor today, to all those that have sacrificed before us, for us all to become more aware of what is happening in our great country today, to become more aware of the threat we are facing, to organize against it, and use the system to vote out those that are doing demonstrative harm to our country. We owe it not only to those who fought and sacrificed so much who came before us, but also to those who come after us.

I will not abdicate my ability to use the advantages and technology that allowed me, as a normal American citizen to review actual data, realize within a couple of weeks how incorrect much of this nonsense was, and will not support the use of fear to manipulate and control the masses. The effort of some to control information is or should be more frightening than Covid ever was.

The agencies we once had faith in have been corrupted, from government, to medicine, to media, to politics, and especially in education and entertainment.
