Most home-buying tools answer:
“Can you qualify for this mortgage?”
Very few answer:
“Will this purchase actually feel good to live with for the next 7 years?”
That’s the gap I’m trying to solve with Homara - your AI Home Buying Advisor.
When I was buying my home 2 years ago, it was easy to figure out if I could afford the mortgage & what comps looked like.
But what about the state of the market? Low, neutral, high? I wasn't sure. What were the tradeoffs? Taxes? What were future scenarios to consider? The list goes on.
So I built Homara - your AI Home Buying Advisor - https://t.co/OX61BXfguC.
Give it a Zillow/Redfin link, answer a few questions, & your verdict is in.
Most Home buying tools are calculators that only tell you what you CAN buy.
I built an app that evaluates a home and tells you if you SHOULD buy.
Give Homara a zillow/redfin link and it’ll give you an honest read.

Founders often try to sell EVERYTHING to EVERYONE.
This is hard and takes you down rabbit holes.
Instead sell one thing you’re really really good and differentiated at, to a really specific ICP.
Go from there.
Slide 1: Company Name, tag line
Slide 2: Current State - Describe & show the Prospect’s life (ideally better than they can)
Slide 3: How their life (pain & problems) affects the business
Slide 4: Future State - what your product does
Slide 5: How Future State affects their biz
Founders - your pitch to VC’s is likely not your pitch to Prospects.
I see this a lot. Charts about old vs new tech, graphs w/ competitors, lots of background on the team…
Prospects don’t care about any of that.
Here’s a simplified slide deck framework for Prospect pitches:
During the very early days of Founder led Tech Sales, don’t optimize for Revenue per Customer, optimize for design partnership and tons of feedback with Customers that love your vision.
Road map collaboration and feedback on what’s great and what’s bad are better.
Shot tracer technology changed watching Golf. W/o it, we have no idea where the ball is.
They should do the same w/ hockey.
I Imagine HD TV (ability to actually see the puck) had the same effect on hockey, as shot tracers did for golf in terms of increased viewership.
@FlorinTatulea@brexHQ@Rippling@saastr@samdblond In the early days, you have to maintain a Sales & GTM culture where AE’s are product experts. Overtime, if the product/sale becomes more complex you can move to utilizing SE’s, but the initial reps need to know the product like the back of their hand. Big downstream effects.

@Austen They help for one off adjustments, but often times the underlying issue is not being addressed i.e the client has bad posture, doesn’t strength train, sleeps in a weird position, or lacks flexibility etc.
