Mr. Secretary, this is great. For too long have men in the service been completely neglected in regards to testosterone health.

For service members who want optimized testosterone without shutting down natural production or risking testicular atrophy/fertility loss, please consider fast-tracking enclomiphene.

It’s a SERM that stimulates the body’s own LH/FSH signal so the testes keep producing testosterone endogenously, the opposite of exogenous TRT. It's currently not FDA-approved for men (used off-label via compounding), but the data is very strong. Getting it properly approved and available would give us a better long-term option for readiness and family planning as opposed to only TRT.
