2/2 I think we need to replace the traditional education system with a continued education system. People are constantly taking online classes to stay relevant, but why do we have to have all this student debt on top of continuing education?

Applied to a mainframe job but they want 5 yrs exp. Those skills wont be relevant in 5 yrs. It got me thinking, the traditional 4yr education isn't gonna cut it in a rapidly changing world. People are going to need to pickup skills fast and forget old skills even faster. 1/2
