The fact that Twitter has labeled Tweets calling for the graphic r*pe, murder, assault and encouraged s*icide of women after those tweets were reported, as not being in violation of ToS is horrible.

@TransSalamander Of COURSE transwomen can have periods. They can also have exclamation points, question marks, commas and semicolons. They can not, however, menstruate.

To add insult to injury, when the suspension was appealed it was deemed that the quoted tweets were a "violation of the rules against abusive behavior"
Will someone at @TwitterSupport please explain to me how someone can spend YEARS reporting tweets that call for abuse against women and 99% of the time be told "We found no violation" AND YET when you quote those tweets, you get a stint in #TwitterJail for abuse and harassment 1/
And when you appeal the violation and EXPLAIN that you are not MAKING the statements but QUOTING them you get a response of "Our support team has determined that a violation did take place, and therefore we will not overturn our decision."
FINE then go take down all the tweets 2/
