Finally testing an early version of PvP

@therealcliffyb The irony of it looking like cartridges in a landfill isn't lost on me

[Captain McSpacebiff (Wishlist) @SkunkDev]

This irony of this looking like a pile of cartridges in a landfill

[Nas @NasNakarus]

Our needle in a haystack game has been cloned so many times we made a new game mode

find the original game

@NilesSankey I always saw Reach as a test sandbox that would eventually have some ideas carry over into Destiny

Personally always thought Halo 3's sandbox was tightest and preferred equipment over armor abilities since it encouraged map control

Reach was fun but Halo 3 was Halo perfected

@ThreeSixXero @Ag0at More cakes for the rest of us

[Captain McSpacebiff (Wishlist) @SkunkDev]

Posted our Arena FPS to an Arena FPS subreddit and someone commented
"Another one? Jesus Christ"

Reddit really is just full of the most miserable people on the planet haha

[Captain McSpacebiff (Wishlist) @SkunkDev]

@Ag0at Exactly

We're a 2 man part time team with no funding and full-time jobs

Even if we wanted to recreate Halo exactly we just couldn't

Gamers are desperate to relive the glory days

Our game is inspired by the golden age of gaming but it's something new with it's own voice

[Captain McSpacebiff (Wishlist) @SkunkDev]

@Ag0at Idk man... Idk
I didn't dignify them with a response

Sorry we're not literally OG Quake lol

[Captain McSpacebiff (Wishlist) @SkunkDev]

@Moon_Dog_Games We're mostly doing host based servers

But we will have a few dedicated servers running on aws
(As long as we can afford them)

[Captain McSpacebiff (Wishlist) @SkunkDev]

We're testing out dedicated servers for our upcoming alpha playtest
Hope y'all are ready for this
