This clip is so funny. Ignoring the fact that "Shoot wall to reveal hidden destructible blocks" is a staple of the franchise (a fact which Dread tells you about DURING THE TUTORIAL), this particular room is practically designed to have the player shoot those blocks on accident.

One of my favorite thing about the bosses in Metroid Dread is that they definitely test you, but I never feel it's unfair.

I love that Metroid bosses are trial and error. You figure out what the tells are, and it's made clear what attack they're gonna do so you can react.

But I might end up taking a bit. I gotta figure when is the best time to attack nd when is the best time to prepare to dodge.

I get caught up in games where I just feel like I'm doing so much to end up only taking out a sliver of the bosses health.

I cannot stress enough how much a Chozo seemingly coming to life!??? And having to put it down was fucking nuts, was that a robot meant to resemble a Chozo or something? Either way I bet putting it down broke Samus’ heart (which is already held together with glue and toothpicks)

Amazing game, the atmosphere was exactly what I wanted out of this series

I will say that Dread was more difficult than I remembered. Even in Normal enemies hit a little hard.
