I’ve brought stuff recently,within a day started to go brown😡

@bernie_voice So a fuel guzzling Chelsey tractor driven by the wealthy pays the same for going 2 miles as a non polluting everyday small car driven by ordinary low income people … hardly seems proportionate or fair , maybe sliding scale pay per mile depending on how polluting your car is .
