In summary the new DC traffic laws mean:
- It's legal to turn right on red lights
- Red lights may be treated as STOP signs
- It is not required to use turn signals
- Motorcycles are permitted to drive on sidewalks
If pulled over for this, state this law:

It appears District of Columbia's City Council has made a little bill for Traffic. People may not care but I sure do. It is important due to many MPD officers/Municipal Officers can AND are enforcing Traffic laws, I don't think you want to be the one, in the Cuffs. ~LE no excuse.
@WilliamAddingt3 If the whole point of NUSA is to make it more realistic then we should just disband the council and congress and accept all real life laws made by real congress.

The city is looking for donations to help fund employees following the treasury group being abandoned by the previous administration. If you are able to help DM me RandomGuyNamed#6033 or private message me via twitter.

And if reducing the power of votes of councilors isn't targeting a democratic process, then what is?
@royalfire131 @RandomGuy_Named This charter with the provision of how councilors are replaced has passed D.C., congress, and the president. You complain that most of the councilors to the council haven't even been elected, but you want unelected DOCAL bureaucrats to vote instead?
@royalfire131 @RandomGuy_Named Your problem is with the D.C. charter then. DOCAL has no business in preventing a team from being removed from D.C. by DCCC. That's up to D.C., not the federal government
