@pizzahutuk It's a real shame you've closed so many eat-ins making it inaccessible. We went to Star City on Sat and it reminded us how great PH could be. Will and his team were brilliant - not a single negative thing to mention. Almost a sense of nostalgia growing up with PH.

And I assume this tax is on top of the recently introduced tax. Back to petrol I go.

@VodafoneUK Your network has been unusable since last Wed in the KT15 area to the point I've had to get a sim from another network and tether from this.
Surely maintenance causing almost 0 service for most of the month warrants compensation or is it a case of jumping network?
@British_Airways Why is your site & app so slow and clunky. Been like this for years. First time in 10 years we've decided to go @easyJet and shocked how much quicker and easier the whole process was. Lets see how service differs in person but the site performance alienated me.
@VodafoneUK I got an upgrade offer which may make me renew with Vodafone rather than moving to another network but is there a reason the upgrade codes only work on certain packages? ie I can do it on unlimited max euro roaming but not unlimited max global roaming + entertainment

Following cancellation of @SkyUK after decades, sent kit back. Got email to confirm "thank you for sending back" for 4 sky boxes, another for router 2 wks ago. But then get a txt yesterday to say please send our kit back.
