@HolidayExtras Unfortunately no you couldn't, and your bot seems to get confused with its own answers. I will comment though on the lack of accessible features you have, given that the law has been in place for six months and recommended practice since 2019, meant some else had to it for me.

Have a family emergency and Holiday Extras, believe it not, want you to write them a letter! All numbers for EMA are out or service or closed? Since when is airport parking closed Sundays?

@HolidayExtras As always when things go as planned companies can be good, but if anything goes wrong that's where you see the level of customer service and unfortunately with @HolidayExtras , there isn't any, noone can do anything and the bot just gets confused!
