Our Partner Spotlight series continues with our friends and partners in the Town of Prescott.

Nestled along the north shore of the St. Lawrence River, Prescott is a waterfront community that has positioned itself as Eastern Ontario’s next great investment destination while still maintaining that small town charm. The Prescott North End Industrial Park has 40 acres of partially serviced commercial/industrial land plus an additional 75 acres of development land available on the northern side of the highway. Joined Acting Infrastructure Minister Todd McCarthy and Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal Mayor Tory Deschamps & council today to announce the transfer of government surplus lands that will unlock new jobs and economic growth for generations to come.

It’s huge news as HFI Pyrotechnics Inc. has purchased nearly 2,500 acres to accommodate their expansion, ultimately adding 150 good-paying jobs!

Proud to have worked with the mayor & council to realize their vision of returning this land to productive use and capitalizing on opportunities for economic growth.
