$RZLV Doubled my position so far over this week & last. As a post-SPAC Nasdaq-listed company (2024/2025 listing), some prior dilution occurred via warrants or conversions, but no evidence of active large-scale offerings in late 2025. Small-cap growth stocks like RZLV often carry dilution risk for expansion, but current news and filings indicate it’s controlled, not aggressive.
