This is unacceptable. @FlySWISS Business Class asked me to hand over my handbag on flight LX2150 — it was stored out of sight and never returned. It contains my valuables, cards, jewelry. I need immediate attention.

On May 17 I flew SWISS flight LX2150 from Zurich to Palma in Business Class with my baby and partner. The Maître de Cabine took my handbag before landing to store it—but never gave it back. No one told me where it was stored.

I only realized the bag was missing when I was off the plane. It was last seen in Seat 1D. I immediately contacted Swissport, filled the Lost & Found forms, emailed @FlySWISS and Groundforce Palma. Still NO response. This is outrageous.

@SwissBusiness and @FlySWISS The bag is a beige Vanessa Bruno LINEN XS ZIPPED CABAS TOTE. It contained:
•Credit cards & insurance card
•Jewelry worth over 7000 CHF
•A Bordeaux pouch with W-Zeltchen
•My phone & money
This is urgent. Please assist.
@lufthansa This is not acceptable. When you pay for Business Class service, you expect professionalism. The crew stored my bag—then forgot to return it. I was traveling with a toddler. I trusted the service. My trust has been broken. @swisscrew @swisspress@LufthansaNews
I was traveling with my baby & partner. The bag was stored without my consent, not returned, and disappeared. It contains valuables, documents & irreplaceable items. When you fly Business Class, this level of negligence is shocking. #SwissAirlines#PassengerRights#FlySWISS
This is NOT acceptable. On LX2150 (ZRH–PMI, May 17), flying Business Class, the Maître de Cabine took my handbag and never gave it back. No info. No follow-up. No support. @FlySWISS@SwissBusiness @swisscrew @LufthansaNews — this is YOUR responsibility. I need answers NOW.
@FlySWISS Flying Business Class with @FlySWISS comes with expectations. If crew take a personal item, it’s their duty to return it or inform the passenger. I was flying with my baby—I needed support, not added stress. This failure in service must be taken seriously.

@SwissBusiness@FlySWISS @swisscrew @swisspress It cannot be that flying Business Class, a passenger in 1D isn’t told where her handbag was stored. The Maître de Cabine took it but didn’t return it. No one informed me. This is unacceptable—especially for a handbag with valuables.
@FlySWISS@swissbusiness Yes, I have already filed a report with Swissport and sent several emails to [email protected]. I’ve also contacted Lost & Found and sent an email to Groundforce in Palma de Mallorca. I would truly appreciate any further assistance in locating my handbag. Thank you.
@SwissBusiness and @FlySWISS contacted Supervisor Business, submitted all forms, and reached out to Lost & Found. Still no answer. I trusted SWISS service in Business Class. This must be investigated—especially since the bag was stored by your crew. #SwissAirlines#LostAndFound
@SwissBusiness I flew LX2150 ZRH–PMI on May 17, seat 1D First row in business with my baby & partner. Before landing, the Maître de Cabine took my Vanessa Bruno handbag to store it, but didn’t return it. It contained valuables over 7K. I’ve filed all forms—please assist urgently
