My 36-year run at the Sun-Sentinel is over. Laid off for the first time since I lost my job as an ice-rink skate guard at 17. Cost-cutting move then, they said, too. I'm a month from 65, so please keep any sympathy for my newspaper friends who didn’t make it to the finish line like I have. They aren’t little green aliens in my opinion they are inter dimensional entities who shape shift or present as vessels at contact.

Make them look absurd enough you make people feel dumb for believing in it. I believe it’s why conspiracy theories and tin foil was introduced to suppress critical thinking. Look at the internet today. Nice little mix of truth, disinformation and satire and bc it overwhelms these days you can dismiss and suppress truth 🤷🏼‍♀️

Energy is real and I think it ties everything together IMO. Spirituality, religion…use the energy part manipulate the messaging and the masses. We have to have a Creator. The story behind the Creator and our purpose/existence is what keeps some of us engaged. I don’t know or pretend to know the truth but curiosity keeps the human experience interesting

Fans, I’ve been catching up on disguise defenses this week. I don’t wanna sound confused when asking about it or hearing about it so I used the vast network of this beat to teach me.

Study quarters, umbrellas, match sets. We will see a lot of that in CP’s defense.

When we talk Caleb Downs what does that mean? He can be a chess piece.

Safeties will play 10-12 yds deep meaning they have flexibility back there. It forces the QB to process a lot of information pre snap and from there they can quick rotate to cover 3 or quarters and halfs.

You will hear these words a lot this summer so I’ve wanted to personally understand it more and maybe you do as well?
