Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @British_Airways - who lost my luggage yesterday on flight from Heathrow to Tenerife and simply no response from anyone. Hugely disappointing from what I thought was a reputable company.

@Matthew9695 To be fair Gray has come on against tired legs and got at it. Austin does a great job ruffing defenders up, causing havoc and wearing them down….and often scoring. For now, it works and we stick by him.

@LoftforWords Come off it. We went 4-4-2 and Dykes scored (very well) off his first touch….perfect…who got the assist for our 2nd and never stopped running? Charlie Austin. We need them both and Austin has improved Dykes as a player ten fold.
