@MojangStatus Like others, my realm is available to friends, yet the actual owner of the realm cannot join his own realm. Purchasing another realm is not a solution, since no one is able to download or save a copy of the current world.

@MojangStatus Realms being down is one thing, the complete and utter lack of relevant communication is another thing. It is the lack of communication that may very well cause your customers to find alternative services.
