I just took part in the #BigPlasticCount, UK’s biggest investigation into household plastic waste. Here’s what I found really happens to my plastic waste:

♻️17% recycled
🌍24% sent abroad
🔥38% burnt
⛰️21% sent to landfill

Sat on hold for over 30mins with @AmazonUK to get a snarky manager named Omar, who continued to lie to me just to get me off the phone! Disgusting customer service from a huge company like Amazon. Why am I surprised?
