@jfkinnnyc The microwave was filthy! We didn’t even get under the covers!!! I emailed them describing all of our complaints and concerns..no response! The only good thing was the service! I took pics of how bad our room was. Bleach stains in hallway .smh

Spent Christmas on the floor of NY airport. Again, life happens but they should be professional, accommodate their customers, care about their customers! Thankfully we took JetBlue home! That took a few days too but.. 100% better customer service!

So I can say first hand this whole southwest mess is true! They let us wait at airport for 6/8 hours to cancel the flight.. no vouchers..no help with hotel…stood in line to try and rebook for 3hours with our 6 yr old daughter who is autistic! Rude staff.customer service was bad
