Massie: Today is the six-month anniversary of the Epstein Transparency Act. We’ve taken out two dozen CEOs, an ambassador, a prince, a prime minister, a minister of culture—that was just six months. I’ve got seven months left in Congress.
🚨BREAKING: Newly obtained documents show a clear paper trail of Trump administration officials planning to share sensitive voter data with an outside political group trying to overturn elections, as part of a secret agreement. https://t.co/ehhCCzys1D
Tucker Carlson is not our friend. He should not be welcome into civilized society as if he did nothing wrong.
We can happily watch the MAGA movement self-destruct without mistaking Tucker as a good person.
In 2021, while still at Fox News, Tucker Carlson privately texted about how much he hated Trump. Private texts also revealed that he knew the 2020 election was not stolen from Trump.
Tucker would then go on air and say the exact opposite to 10s of millions of Americans: that Trump was the best president ever and that Dominion voting machines were totally rigged.
He intentionally told destructive lies to Americans en masse for career gain & profit. He would do the exact same today, just from a different angle.
Tucker Carlson helped mainstream the Great Replacement Theory by planting the seeds into millions of Americans heads on primetime Fox News.
Tucker Carlson doesn't genuinely care about human rights, or the 'sanctity of Islam'.
Remember, the enemy of your enemy is not ALWAYS your friend...
It should be a much bigger story that JD Vance flew to Hungary, stood on a campaign stage, and told voters to return a head of government widely documented for human rights abuses and democratic backsliding.
Then, after his candidate lost, Vance said what had happened during the Hungarian campaign was “one of the worst examples of foreign election interference that I’ve ever seen or ever even read about.”
Was he describing himself?
The Hungarian people rejected it all. Democracy held, despite America’s intervention, not because of American leadership.
The United States has long argued that elections should be free from outside influence.
That standard should apply to everyone, including us.

This would be a two or three week news story in a previous administration, and might even lead to the resignation of the defense secretary. He literally fabricated a Biblical quote, based off of a movie, while pretending to be a pious Christian.
But under Trump, we’ll have moved on by tomorrow.
NEW: Pope Leo XIV's top three American cardinals just gave their first joint television interview.
They condemned the Iran war, called out ICE, and revealed that Spanish-language Mass attendance has dropped 30% because of fear.
And they made clear that Leo's decision to spend America's 250th birthday on Lampedusa — where migrants drown — instead of the country where he was born is a deliberate message about where moral authority lives. https://t.co/fMGR7veqnt
Trump: We can't take care of daycare. We're a big country, we have 50 states, all these people, we're fighting wars. It's not possible for us to take care of daycare, Medicaid, Medicare, all these things
This is truly insane, and it should be front page news across America.
Denmark secretly deployed soldiers to Greenland prepared to blow up airport runways to stop a U.S. invasion.
They brought blood supplies to treat the wounded. France, Germany, Norway, and Sweden quietly coordinated against us.
This was not a drill.
This was our closest allies preparing to fight Americans.
Let that sink in. NATO allies. Countries whose soldiers have fought and died alongside ours for decades. They looked at this president and decided they had to prepare for the worst.
Fewer allies does not make America great. It makes us more isolated, more vulnerable, and it hands Russia and China exactly what they have always wanted: an America abandoned by its friends.
The American people deserve to know how badly this president has damaged our standing in the world. https://t.co/lxQD3X8jaM
Here’s my takeaway from the State of the Union:
NPR reports that the DOJ has “withheld” documents that include allegations that Donald “sexually abused a minor.”
Trump has not ended eight wars.
Among other problems with his list, it includes:
- A diplomatic dispute between Egypt and Ethiopia that was not a war
- Some sort of mystery situation between Serbia and Kosovo that also was not a war
- The war in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo that has not ended despite a Trump administration-brokered peace agreement never signed by the rebel group leading the fighting
a guy who claimed to be named John Barron and sounded a lot like Trump called into C-SPAN to complain about the Supreme Court's tariff decision and call Hakeem Jeffries "a dope"
(John Barron is a pseudonym Trump has used for himself when talking to journalists)
Flags at half mast speak loudly about who a nation chooses to honor.
When Charlie Kirk, a racist agitator who trafficked in division and grievance, died, Trump moved swiftly to lower the American flag, a symbolic gesture of national mourning.
But when Reverend Jesse Jackson, a global civil rights icon, freedom fighter, and lifelong advocate for justice, dignity, and unity passed away, there was no such urgency. No national gesture. No unifying call to honor a man whose life’s work helped expand democracy and human rights for millions.
Instead, the president took to social media to center himself rather than the legacy of a giant who marched with Dr. King, negotiated for the oppressed, and spent decades bringing people together across race, class, and nation.
Let that contrast sink in.
A figure known for stoking division is memorialized with the full weight of presidential symbolism, while a civil rights statesman whose mission was reconciliation, equality, and global justice is met with indifference.
That is not just an oversight.
That is a statement of values.
History will remember who was honored, how they were honored, and who was quietly minimized.
And it raises a sobering question:
What does it say about the soul of a nation when a divider is mourned with national symbols, but a unifier is not?

146M Americans do not have a passport.
40M eligible voters do not have access to their birth certificate.
69M women do not have a birth certificate that matches their married name.
The SAVE Act denies the right to vote for millions of Americans by requiring specific forms of ID that millions of U.S. citizens do not have, and requiring them to effectively pay a poll tax, which is illegal, in order to get those documents to vote.
The SAVE Act is voter suppression.
Republicans know that Trump has made them deeply unpopular, so they know they need to cheat to win.
