Hafizur Rahman, identified as the alleged leader of a local smuggling network, was named in connection with the incident after BSF personnel detained him during an anti-smuggling operation near the India-Bangladesh border in Ashabari, Sepahijala (Tripura). Villagers blocked the road protesting his alleged assault; a BSF vehicle then came under attack with sticks and bamboo. Three BSF personnel, including a Company Commander, were injured and a service weapon was briefly snatched. Police later arrested nine people, including three women.

Like all the promises and failed guarantees of Rahul Gandhi's fraudulent politics, justice has not been delivered for the PSC rank holders.

The CM who flies off to Delhi in the name of fighting for the rights of youth has not delivered for the youth of his own state.

And I ask: why are the PSC, its irregularities and these young Malayalees not the subject of a full discussion in the Assembly? Our Legislature Party leader @GopakumarBB ji moved a notice today. It was denied.

That these young Malayalees have been harmed is without doubt. Yet the Congress/IUML government has still not delivered justice.

Why?

Whether it is PSC irregularities, the Sabarimala loot, the Exalogic corruption, or KIIFB, Congress is protecting CPM. They are not two but one. Randalla, onnanu.

The BJP/NDA stands with our youth. It will continue a strong fight, inside and outside the Assembly, to ensure justice for the deserving.
