@TheIntelFrog Is that the question that needs to be answered? Because I would kind of prefer the answer to that question remain classified and not privy to the musings of the community of washed up former E-6 intel nerds on X.
@GBNT1952 The amount of dorks that come out of the woodwork to defend Rob O’Neill never ceases to amaze me. The dude is a stain on NSWs reputation who’s PNG’d from the command that made him “famous.”
@TheBaconFather@GBNT1952@camhigby@grok Then I suppose constitutional law as a discipline is kind of superfluous and the Supreme Court has 9 too many justices 😂.
@TheBaconFather@GBNT1952@camhigby@grok Right, but my point is it’s now a bit over saturated and overblown. We have multiple DSA candidates actively advocating for the overthrow of our country and the right is infighting over AI enabled ALPR cameras. It certainly warrants discussion, but maybe not this level of vitriol
@TheBaconFather@GBNT1952@camhigby I don’t think it’s only a license plate reader and I don’t really think the extended capabilities change what I’m saying.
@GBNT1952@TheBaconFather@camhigby ALPR has been around for years, this feels manufactured. I’m sure a reasoned discussion around limitations is warranted with the new capabilities, but it seems everyone went from 0 to out for blood over this overnight.
@BenMcCombe I guarantee I have more hours than you, and I can tell you it’s a PR move. The pilot isn’t being disciplined and remains on the team. I think that says it all.
@kowalski90079@ItsTheEnforcer You mean a combatant command actively engaged isn’t going to provide you a real time broadcast of battle space updates? Man I wonder why.
@LibertyLockPod When people come up with conspiracy theories like this it just tells me beyond any shadow of a doubt that they’ve had zero experience working for the federal government.
@ladiiiiiiiiii11@Alfredo_sauce51@jacobs_jam9548@penelopedidit2@sola_chad Foster care is certainly imperfect, but I would firmly assert it beats death. It just seems like such an odd argument. It presupposes that pro life people somehow like…hate orphans…or something. In my experience a lot of very religious people adopt kids.
@ladiiiiiiiiii11@penelopedidit2@sola_chad Okay so your argument is that a woman’s choice is paramount? So would you say it should be legal for a mother to kill her newborn? I just don’t really understand what you’re arguing here.
@ladiiiiiiiiii11@penelopedidit2@sola_chad So is your argument that those 100k+ kids awaiting adoption would’ve been better off being aborted? I genuinely don’t get this argument, can one not simultaneously have compassion for children in foster care and also believe they deserve to be alive?
@ladiiiiiiiiii11@Alfredo_sauce51@jacobs_jam9548@penelopedidit2@sola_chad No…you’re just replying to a thread on abortion and your argument in favor of abortion is “there are kids in foster care.” So help me understand how we get from point A to point B? What do kids in foster care have to do with the abortion debate?
@ladiiiiiiiiii11@penelopedidit2@sola_chad You mean kind of like whenever I ask why it makes since to kill an unborn child someone responds with a completely different argument about children in foster care? One can want to help kids in foster care and also oppose abortion, the two positions are actually symbiotic.
