New Classic 350 broke down 5+ times. Thiruvalla RE service held it for 2 weeks in March & again since June 29. Mechanics broke the neutral switch trying to hide the Check Engine light! Refusing delivery until an RTM/ASM inspects it. @royalenfield @RE_Support
