This FBI has brought back two high-value targets from Nigeria to the United States to face justice for alleged sextortion crimes targeting minors.

🔺 Adebola Festus Adekunle and Mudasiru Afeez Olawale were arrested in Nigeria in 2023 and are now on U.S. soil.

🔺 The charges include sexual exploitation of minors, coercion and enticement, extortion, distribution and production of child sexual abuse material, and other offenses.

🔺 One of these alleged schemes resulted in the death of a child.

They were overseas for three years. Now they’re back on U.S. soil to answer for the charges against them.

How to get extremely high RPM's for your faceless Youtube channel

two channels can get the exact same million views and one makes $2,000 while the other makes $30,000

same platform, same effort with 15x the money.

nobody explains why, so let me actually break it down for you

the number that decides this is called RPM what you earn per 1,000 views after youtube's cut. and here's the thing most people never realise:

you are not paid for views. you're paid for WHO is watching.

advertisers don't bid the same on everyone. a company selling a $40k financial planning service will pay a fortune to put their ad in front of a 55 year old thinking about retirement. a company selling energy drinks pays almost nothing to reach a 15 year old watching gaming clips.

same view. wildly different value to the advertiser. that's the entire game.

so if you're in a "fun" niche gaming, memes, entertainment, reaction content you're capped at like $2-4 RPM no matter how good you get. you could go viral every week and still barely make rent. i watched people do exactly that and quit thinking youtube doesn't pay. it pays. they just picked a poor audience.

meanwhile the "boring" niches nobody wants to make videos about are quietly printing:

- personal finance / investing = $15-30+ RPM
- retirement & money for 55+ = some of the highest on the platform
- insurance & mortgages explained = advertisers here pay insane money
- business & B2B / SaaS = $20+ because one customer is worth thousands to them
- world politics = $12-20, US/UK adults with real money
- tech, AI & software = high intent, high spend
- real estate = huge ticket sizes = huge ad budgets
- health & legal-adjacent = strict, but the RPMs are elite

notice the pattern? every high RPM niche has an audience with money and a decision to make. finance, insurance, retirement, business, real estate. these are people about to spend, and advertisers pay to be in the room.

the "boring" tax is real and it's the best deal on youtube. less competition, less fun, way more money.

but the niche is only half of it. here's how you squeeze the RPM higher inside a good niche:

1. make LONGER videos. over 8 minutes = multiple mid-roll ads instead of one. a 20 min video with good retention can double the RPM of an 8-min one. watch time is the whole game.

2. chase older audiences. they watch on actual TVs, in longer sessions, often with the family in the room and TV ad slots pay more because more than one person is watching. older + TV is an RPM cheat code.

3. don't carpet-bomb ads. when your retention is high enough, a big chunk of your money comes from youtube premium watch-time with no ads at all. blasting an ad every 90 seconds tanks retention, which tanks RPM long term. play the long game.

4. flip the settings on. studio lets you enable extra ad categories (like gambling/alcohol where it fits your audience). most people leave money on the table for literally no reason.

put it together and this is why two identical-looking channels earn 15x apart. one picked a broke audience and short videos. the other picked buyers and built for watch time.

if you're starting fresh: pick the audience with money first, worry about the topic second. i promise the "boring" niche you're avoiding will out-earn the fun one you're excited about, and it's not close.

Don't depend on this skill as an income source because it's what I call a Fading niche.

It's catchy on first sight and business owners will want it, so give them and make your money... But they might not come back for another.

When you earn from it, simply invest that money Into Digital Products and scale up from there.

French Montana (born Karim Kharbouch) has told this story in multiple interviews, including a 2018 Billboard cover story, his 2024 VladTV life-story interview, and a 2026 Earn Your Leisure conversation‼️. The core is consistent‼️.

He arrived in the South Bronx from Morocco at 13 in 1996 speaking Arabic and French, not English. His father left after a couple of years and went back to Morocco; his mother stayed, went on welfare, and raised him and his younger brothers‼️. His visa expired, so he had no papers‼️. That blocked college and scholarships even though he was a decent basketball player, and it blocked normal jobs‼️.

He started selling drugs in his late teens‼️. He got locked up twice‼️. After that, authorities told him another arrest would mean deportation‼️. He has described the situation as being “locked up without being locked up.”‼️ Another charge would have sent him back to Africa and, in his words, slapped his mother in the face after everything she sacrificed‼️.

One specific incident he has recounted: he was caught on the block with 15–20 pounds of weed‼️. A friend offered to take the case so French wouldn’t get deported, saying it was just weed and he’d get a slap on the wrist‼️. In court the friend learned it was 30 days and backed out‼️. French took the case himself and received what he called a “one pass” — ICE enforcement was less aggressive then, and weed wasn’t treated like cocaine or a violent charge‼️.

That was the turning point‼️. He decided he needed something that wouldn’t land him in jail‼️. He had always liked music, bought CDs, and dabbled in beats. He went to a friend’s apartment that had a small studio setup in a room or living room, recorded a freestyle, played it for people on his block, and they liked it‼️. Someone from the neighborhood signed him‼️. He has said this happened when he was already around 20‼️.

From there he did battle rap, the Cocaine City DVDs, linked with Max B, and built the career that followed‼️. He has repeatedly framed rap as the legal lane that let him stay in the U.S. and provide for his family instead of risking being sent back‼️. He became a U.S. citizen years later after a long legal process‼️.
