@WMRobinEcon That’s awful, so sorry to hear that. I would make sure you keep up with pulling-centered workouts and if closing your fist is too much, then some push workouts are better than nothing!
The question is not whether you violated assumptions in your methods or procedures. You did. The question is whether those violations matter, especially in context of cost of your time and decision importance. Sometimes quick/dirty is the right call.

I don’t get it. When I use my credit card in Europe, I’m given the option of paying in Euros or US dollars. The Euro amount is always smaller. Like, duh, which am I going to choose?
