There couldn’t have been a more brilliant move than Jon Jones officially re-entering the USADA testing pool, signaling his return for a potential fight with Tom Aspinall.
He shut down the narrative that he was ducking Aspinall and proved he’s bigger than just holding a belt—he’s a legacy fighter.
By building hype around the Aspinall matchup, he got the fans back on his side and secured his spot as the undisputed main event if that fight happens—especially on a massive card like one at the White House.
Plus, Aspinall will likely want to defend his real heavyweight title before facing Jon, giving one of the most intelligent fighters in MMA history fresh footage to study.
Credit to Jon and his team—this was brilliantly executed.
@SubmissionRadio Should Adesanya just focus on avenging his losses at this point of his career, or does his losses dont matter cause it could be considered as losses past his prime?
The hate towards Jamahal Hill is unbelievable. This man was a UFC champion and starching people on the regular before tearing his Achilles. After such a serious injury, it's completely normal not to be back to 100% right away. I don’t get why people have to make such disgusting, inhumane comments.
In my opinion, Jamahal should be given one or two unranked opponents to rebuild himself. He shouldn’t be thrown back into the fire like this — the UFC should have his back.
He’s a very misunderstood guy, and I’m sure the people throwing all this hate would shit their pants if they ever had to face him in person.
You’ll bounce back, Champ

Yo can we go back to 2000 or somethng
Elon Musk is lowkey laying ground to be the next president, Conor Mcgregor lowkey will be the next Ireland President, OF chicks are making more than tech companies, there is no mid-class anymore, all our favorite rappers are either homo or sexual offenders, influencers are running the world at this point, our kids will blame us for not having a tik tok account…
Anyone got anything to say about how our world got screwed ?
Isn’t it kind of funny? UFC viewership has been dropping significantly, and a big reason is that fans wanted to see the champions lose — the same champions who made divisions worth watching.
They wanted Adesanya dethroned, and when it happened, interest in middleweight plummeted. Same with Usman in welterweight.
People called Sean O’Malley a fraud, and after he lost, even though Merab is a beast, he doesn’t bring the same flair.
Fans loved Pereira, but many also rooted for his loss just because he didn’t fight Ankalaev, or in other words, people thought he was ducking him… — now LHW feels flat too.
UFC fans are kind of self-destructive. They hate the stars, but those stars were the reason they tuned in.
