My made at home coffee concoction: 2 long double shot espresso draws using fresh ground beans, heavy whipping cream, cinnamon, creatine, tumeric, and salt.
What's yours?
@MattWalshBlog Hearings are design to manufacture outrage. That is all. Mission accomplished. There will be no justice. Outrage only.
Don't eat it up. It will poison you.
Same thing here. 2nd pair that failed this way. Failure was returned under RMA but then rejected after I paid to ship them.
What's going on with your quality? I should be able to get 450 miles out of these $140 shoes. Can't tell you how disappointed I am. I'm supposed to convince my wife that buying a new pair is worth it?
Second pair out of the last 3 Hoka Clifton 10s that failed the same way. What happened to the quality that won me over from Asics and Nike? Do I need to find another brand? I baby my running shoes yet this happens?
@hoka
Local Hawaiians are generally racist. If you've been there you know. But since this tends to be directed at white folks, it's considered only a local cultural curiosity.
If white people charged colored people more money for goods and services because they "were not local", the outrage would be endless. Hawaii....? Just fine. How about them beaches?
@Jason I agree too. We're inundated with ads and sold "ad-free" experiences ad nauseum, however, you're still fed ads on YouTube, although Premium supports easier skipping of embedded ads.
@maphumanintent And this lifestyle isn't even about being "ripped": it's about realizing that eating to much/frequently and eating too many carbs is just bad for your metabolism. Manage your insulin spikes, manage your gut, manage your chronic inflammation, all with the same strategy.
Eating matters more than exercise. It's actually quite easy (meaning no major time commitment) to generally eat less than 50g of net carbs per day and restrict your eating to no more than an 8 hour window. 6 is even better. You do this consistently (not always) and you'll be ripped pretty much forever with only a sprinkle of daily exercise.
