Well life has been interesting for the last almost 8 months now. This isn’t about my life though. I have noticed not just here in twitterverse put out within society also. We all want change. That change is different for each of us.

By now some of you maybe started this journey and may have experienced disappointment. There is no need to be discourage. As previously stated it takes time. Developed biases and prejudices can be residing deeply within your mind. Refusing to leave.

During this process intrusive thoughts will appear. Ignore them and push them aside. Understand and believe that one’s mind will lie to one’s self.

This took months possibly years to achieve. It is not an instantaneous process. While it may for others it wasn’t for me. This is abstract as it goes against Western societal influence as that influence is designed to oppress not elevate.

Now the journey begins. This may seem absurd yet it isn’t. As there is extensive literature on this and those that experienced it and endured it have experienced profound positive changes in their lives.

Knowing I was my own person with my own beliefs and ideas completely independent of any external influence. While being cognizant that there is constant external pressure attempting to influence or effectively control me.

We are all motivated by fear. Fear that originates from emotions-thoughts of inferiority, worthlessness et Al.

Now the society aspect is merely a reference and it is not my intention or desire to discuss that. The focus is on the self.
