Oklahoma legislative deadline has passed which means none of the drag bans (SB 503, HB 2186) and one of the total trans medical bans (SB 129) are no longer active this session.

However, rules can be suspended and bill language can always be placed into another bill.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has ruled that the state Constitution includes "an inherent right of a pregnant woman to terminate a pregnancy when necessary to save her life." The court struck down one law passed by the Legislature to criminalize abortions but left another in place.
