In collaboration with the St. Carlo Youth Association, We organised a blood donation camp at St. Peter's Church in Mullaitivu on September 1, 2024.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from many local youth, who made generous contributions to the blood donation drive.

On Monday, August 19, 2024, the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society Mullaitivu branch hosted its fifth free medical camp of the year in Indupuram, a border village of the Mullaitivu district.

The recent floods have caused many economic effects to the people, especially The Many main drinking water sources of the people have completely collapsed while many wells have been contaminated due to infiltration of flood water.
BDRT is engaged in assessment activities.

Due to the current flood situation in #Mullaitivu 4320 persons were affected belonging to 1413 families and 987 persons are in the safety centers belonging to 303 families.
The Branch Disaster Response Team #BDRT engage in the flood operation in the District.
