This is not official, but just predictions based off of recent balance changes. Will have official list once I have enough data.

Piper still 5 stars after nerf?! Yes, the nerf was not very significant and I expect her to remain as a top brawler because of so many of the newer open area maps added to the game. Same reason why Nani, Belle, and Angelo all went up.

L&L still good? Yes, if you haven’t played them, they’re still good. Not as overpowered anymore, but still good.

I'm sorry that so many of your favorite brawlers have fallen off! However, this is a result of a very top heavy meta, full of powerful Hypercharged brawlers and overpowered new brawlers.
With the latest dispatch of Hypercharged brawlers being powerful assassins (Fang, Edgar, Leon, etc), and rise of the newest brawlers Larry & Lawrie and Mico, throwers have taken a big hit in the meta.

Kit is in charge at the top of the meta! 🐱
The five star brawlers are better defined now, as Bo can be strongly argued as a Top 5 brawler now! 🏹
Charlie makes it back to 5 stars, even after many nerfs. She’s still one of the most versatile brawlers in the game with her two very useful Gadgets and having one of the deadliest Supers! 🕷️
Pearl is back to 5 stars as well after receiving a Speed buff! Making her great in all facets: health, damage, defense, wall break, etc. 🍪
Edgar took a big hit with his Hypercharge after it got nerfed. Still he can be a very deadly late game brawler, especially on Heist.
Leon has been trending up a lot thanks to his very powerful Hypercharge. 🦎
Crow hasn’t been able to capitalize much from his Hypercharge, as it takes ages to charge up in a game.
Janet fans can rejoice, as she’s seeing a steady rise in the meta.
Primo and Buzz fall to 1 star, as many of the hypercharged brawlers just far outclass and counter them now.
