I’m admitting defeat. Back on my phone after 4 hours of trying to sleep. I’m so tired, but all I can do is think and revisit memories. One day in elementary school we watched a video about how to defeat bullies, and taught us to stand next to the victim and get loud.

It dissuades the bully when their victim becomes a loud group. They’re no longer an easy target.
Group up and become a show of force. When you see a victim, put your arm around their shoulder in any way you can afford, and face adversity with pride together.
