@swaccha_bbmp hotel PapaPHO at New BEL road has connected drain to drain of residences behind their hotel. Every weekend they cause block of this drain and sewage starts flowing on road causing terrible problems to residents and ppl . Bwssb only gives temp solution by clearing.

Star rejected claim &paid only at ombudsman .Their branch staff are so hell bent to reject & not to renew. even after ombudsman order they made me struggle to renew policy

@Nithin0dha This is very helpful to families who are already in distress due to hospital stay/surgery .Insurance rejection adds more pain. Procedure to challenge the rejection at Ombudsman is not complex & at ombudsman if they find out you took help of third party they might reject.
