🚨 SONY… THIS IS HOW YOU TURN ONE ANGRY CUSTOMER INTO A GLOBAL STORY
Here we go again.
A Sony Bravia customer in India had a warranty dispute over his TV. He left a one-star review, documented what happened, and created a website called “Sorry Bravia.”
Sony India’s response?
Their lawyers sent him a legal notice demanding that he remove the website, videos and posts, issue an unconditional apology within seven days, or potentially face civil and criminal action... including a claim for ₹5 crore, roughly half a million dollars.
And here’s the part that gets me.
The customer says he has been asking Sony a pretty basic question since July: show me the technical evidence that proves I damaged the television.
According to the case website, Sony still hasn’t provided a technical report or photograph showing the damage it says caused the warranty denial.
So instead of this being one customer complaining about one television, now Louis Rossmann has picked it up and put the entire thing in front of millions of people.
That is one heck of a way to handle customer relations.
Huge kudos to Louis Rossmann for digging into this one. Consumer complaints shouldn't automatically be treated as attacks simply because a company doesn't like what somebody has to say.
And before anyone says Sony has already sued him for $500,000 — not yet. This is a legal notice threatening action and ₹5 crore in damages if he doesn't comply. That's an important distinction.

If you need more reasons to hate what PlayStation has become, here’s a quick overview of their sins 👇🏻👇🏻
🛑 Wasted almost an entire generation chasing Live Service games and burned BILLIONS in the process.
🛑 Forced studios into Live Service projects, only for most of them to get cancelled, fail, or die almost immediately.
🛑 Bought Bungie for $3.7 BILLION 😂 I still laugh every time I see that number.
🛑 Shut down Bluepoint Studio.
🛑 Horrible project management resulting in absurd $200–300M+ development budgets.
🛑 Constant price increases. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mismanagement, they pass the bill onto their customers. WE are expected to pay for THEIR failures.
🛑 Killed TLOU Online - ironically one of the few Live Service projects people were actually interested in.
🛑 Barely any major new IPs.
🛑 Almost zero meaningful communication with their fans.
🛑 The great PlayStation showcases are basically gone.
🛑 PS Plus keeps getting more expensive while the value proposition becomes harder and harder to justify.
🛑 Shut down Japan Studio, one of the studios that gave PlayStation so much of its identity and creativity.
🛑Killed Destiny 2
🛑 Concord. Hundreds of millions reportedly spent, only for the game to become one of the biggest disasters in PlayStation history.
🛑 Increasingly obsessed with gigantic AAA budgets instead of funding more smaller, creative and experimental games.
🛑 PS5 Pro pricing showed just how far they’re willing to push their most loyal customers.
🛑 More focus on monetizing the existing user base instead of simply giving that user base better value.
🛑 And now they’re killing physical discs from 2028.
This isn’t about ONE bad decision.
It’s years of arrogance, greed, mismanagement and slowly destroying the things that made people love PlayStation in the first place

A documentary film about the life & legacy of Technoblade is in the works, titled ‘TECHNOBLADE NEVER DIES’.
Riot Games & Hypixel Studios are financing the film with all profits going to charity.

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE 🔥🔥🔥PART 2🔥🔥🔥
Do you want to understand the mentality of today’s Sony and PlayStation leadership? Then sit down, because I’m going to tell you a very short story. I think lot people forgot about this.
On February 7 2024, Jim Ryan back then CEO of @PlayStation, was on his farewell tour. Among other places, he visited Sony London Studio, which happily and enthusiastically posted this photo. On the surface, it was a nice gesture. I’m sure the people there had fun. But do you know what they didn’t know at the time?
That they were about to lose their jobs and they would find out about it just seven days later after this visit. Jim Ryan knew. Maybe some studio executives knew too. But one thing is certain - he knew what was coming. Look at his smile.
And then it happened. On February 27 2024, Sony officially announced plans to shut down the studio, which ultimately closed in May 2024.
This shameless treatment of their own employees perfectly represents the mentality of Sony’s current leadership. These people show no morality, no understanding and absolutely no empathy.
And that is exactly why I have no sympathy and respect for the people responsible for this kind of behavior today. And anyone defending this kind of treatment of employees is, in my eyes no better.
Fight for better future of gaming and don’t give up !! 🔥🔥🔥

PS5 completely disconnected. Pulled the power cable for the PS4 and PS3. I can't say I'm confident that the #PSBlackOut will do anything. But I will at least know that I did what I believe to be right.
