Tornado on ground approaching Philo as it seems, also a tornado on ground south of Tuscola, a person reported a funnel above their house about 10-15 minutes ago. Tornado warnings in effect for the following areas : Urbana, IL, Tolono, IL, Homer, IL, Tuscola, IL, Arcola, IL.
