@British_Airways had delivered me late to the USA 2 weeks my bags. Bags finally landed 2 days late-ruined a holiday. Still no apology or compensation. Recommend @EuropeFides @WSMPartners @MertonChamber and all my business contacts avoid this shambolic bunch 2/2

[Simon Marsh @Smarsh59]

@British_Airways are an absolute shambles. Cancelled my Thurs evening flight out 10 mins before take off. I missed 1 of 2 days @EuropeFides conference. Then cancelled today’s return flight - replacement from a different airport, 1.5 hours away over six hours later 1/2

[Simon Marsh @Smarsh59]

@WSMPartners team Catherine, Mike and Teena @grangeparkopera for a first ever opera visit. Fabulous performance of Tristan and Isolde - @StephenBarlow conducting superlative singing by @rachelnicholls1 @GwynHughesJones and all the singers - truly memorable evening,

[Simon Marsh @Smarsh59]

@WSMPartners @EuropeFides - this slide had an immediate impact on all the lawyers, tax advisers and accountants in the room - #AI is about to change everything!
