In our Celebration Assembly, this week we congratulated the children who received a recognition certificate. Teachers nominated children for a number of reasons, including: improvement in confidence & independence, phonics & writing, Maths and earning a pen licence. Well Done!

This weekend is our school’s 150th birthday! We’re celebrating today with visits from ex-pupils to tell about how the school used to be, and a birthday party this afternoon 🎉

Well done to the cross-country teams yesterday at Lydiard Park. We achieved our best ever result - Class 3 boys won the trophy, whilst the girls came second in the team. 🏆

We had a fantastic end to the term, celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. Children and staff put on their smartest clothes, made flags and crowns and enjoyed a tasty picnic in the sunshine!

Another great netball match yesterday against Tadpole Farm who certainly made us work hard. We won 9:6 in the end with Jamie-Ann receiving player of the match for a second time this week. Well done team, we are really proud of you!

They are now looking forward to our next home match tomorrow against Tadpole, which will undoubtably be yet another tough test for them! A huge thanks to the parents who stayed behind to watch the match and support the team!

Our Yr6 netball team had their 2nd League match against Ruskin Junior School and came away with a 6 - 2 win! They played extremely well against tough opposition, with everyone playing their part! Jamie-Ann was voted ‘player of the match’ by the apposing team, very well deserved!
