6/4/2006 With the Mets down a run in the tenth, Lastings Milledge ties the game with a home run off Armando Benítez. Milledge then high-fives fans down the right-field line on his way out to his position.
@NYMhistory If this happened 20 years later, Milledge is a hero and not thrown under the bus by his teammates and the fans wouldn’t have thrown a hissy fit
I remember guarding @SHAQ when I was on the @SacramentoKings and he was on the @Lakers and did his signature move and knocked me unconscious with an elbow and shot the ball. I don’t know if he made the shot but I do know they called the foul on my chin. 😂
If you could change one thing in Knicks history:
Amar’e: Staying healthy and winning a ring with Melo
Josh: Tyrese doesn’t hit the shot
Jalen: Pat didn’t finger roll or Knicks win ‘99 Finals and Rick gets a ring
@ATT. Connecting changes everything.
