People within the organisation should be agile week by week as required. It is important everyone stays connected with their team, this could be through working in the office, MS Team meetings, or buddying.

Estates within Probation is a mixture of offices, Unpaid Work units and Approved Premises. The Matrix room booking system should be used to book meeting rooms.

Offices are learning spaces; use break out space to share best practice and advise with colleagues. This is even more useful for our newer members of staff.

Probation staff work flexibly to deliver our service, which includes using a wide range of HMPPS locations. Remember the Matrix Room Booking System has meeting and 1-1s rooms listed for you to book when needed.
