@timony001 90%. He's got a very unconventional way of doing diplomacy and getting outcomes. He could have just said that he needed to open more US military bases in Greenland, and to invest in their natural resources. And I'm still waiting to see how he follows up in Venezuela.
@elonmusk Everyone not on the gravy train is thankful for DOGE, and for you restoring democracy by buying Twitter. Your disagreements will always be spectacular because of who you both are. Please find a way to work through your issues together, for the best result for the country.
@parrottrees@nogulagsagain That sounds very appealing. Problem is, once Trump's gone, 12 or 16 years time, who knows who the president will be? Kamala Harris II? Hunter Biden? Chelsea Clinton? It would be a decision we would need to think very carefully about.
@teloolah @craigkellyXXX @Imasloth Well, for a ayatollah we wouldn't have wasted all that tax-payers money and caused all that angst and division over the stupid so-called "Voice". And then we wouldn't have the government trying to ram through legalisation to control what we can say, be exposed to, and think.
@muz19751@BOM_Qld No, but I do remember some crazy sunspot activity happening around then (just like now). I know it because I had a CB radio, and I could get clear conversations from all sorts of places due to a phenomenon called Skip, which happens when the atmosphere is more ionised.
